the name is not important :P Most important is that one can eat them :D :D I am not lazy to catch them but can not really cook. You know you have to put them alive in a boiling water :(
Yes, I do! And I understand that it is kind of impressive but I was raised cooking all kinds of seafood, so... Anyway, I always think that they don't feel pain as we and other animals do... :)

yes they are edible! I used to catch them some years ago, now I'm too lazy... :)
And yes, they are different. I've looked up trying to discover the name of the species but I haven't come to any conclusion!... :)
